Servers

Servers must have some form of fine dining restaurant experience already, and a knack for hospitality. We're building relationships with neighborhood guests; and taking the time to truly engage, and get to know the families that frequent the restaurant is important.
Having a solid wine and food foundation is key to building those experiences here.
You will be expected to keep up with seasonal menu changes, craft cocktail and the wine list. Candidates must be 21 years of age to serve/pour alcohol.

We are looking to build a team that can work with us to offer unique experiences every night, by using your own professional skill set. As we normalize after a year and a half of pandemic twists and turns, we are really looking forward to getting back to surrounding ourselves with like-minded individuals who enjoy the rush of service.

Barback and Server Assistants

We have evening shifts available and we can accommodate full time or part time work schedules.
Server assistants are responsible for table maintenance, clearing, resetting, watering, and running food. Being around for the servers for whatever they need in the moment.

Barbacks must be 21 year of age to work behind the bar. Restaurant experience is not necessary to apply, as long as you are willing to put in the effort to learn. Barbacks are at the bartenders sides for whatever they need, clearing settings from dining customers, stocking wine, beer and washing/polishing glasses, changing kegs, etc.

Host/Hostess

Our reservations specialist/host must have previous hosting experience in a fine dining restaurant, work well with others, have prior experience with reservation systems like Open Table or RESY, enjoy people, be quick on their feet, adaptable to changes of plans, and have great phone etiquette.

Applicants must have:

-Some former understanding of a reservations system (open table or RESY)

-Preferably previous fine dining experience

-You will be expected to be friendly and cordial, take guests to their tables, offer and pour water for them, answer phones during the day and set the floorpan for the evening.


-Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays

-You must be a 'people-person', as building guest and concierge relationships is paramount to the success of the restaurant. We are a neighborhood restaurant that caters to locals and we expect you to be able to remember faces and names, guest nuances, favorite tables and to be able to welcome each guest as family.

-A polished, effortless and natural floor presence.


-You will be expected to keep up with basic menu changes, and frequently asked questions.


-A work week consists of 5 days on and 2 days off. Roughly 35-40 hours a week is typical, but we can be flexible if you need more or less.

-The dress code is business casual. No open toed shoes.


Only qualified candidates will be asked in for an interview followed by a working trail to determine if we will be a good fit for each other.

What we can offer you:

This is a position that will start at $13.00/hour with the potential to grow into a lead host.

Medical insurance is available after 30 days of full time employment. Employer will contribute $250/month toward your medical plan of choice. The rest of the premiums will come from your paycheck weekly. If you enroll in a health plan, Le Farfalle will cover the cost of dental and vision as well.


There is great potential for growth within the restaurant, as well as on future projects.

Pasta Cook & Line Cooks

We are looking for an experienced and qualified evening line cooks with full time availability!

You will be expected to have a basic understanding of:

-Meat and Fish Butchery

-Knife Skills

-Production of Sauces

-Proper seasoning and refined cooking skills

-Works well with other in a community environment
