Yordan Kanev has always had a knack for hospitality, food and beverage. He started his career in New York City where he learned the ins and out of the industry in this ever growing and changing city. Yordan has worked for New York staples such as The River Café, Il Mulino and Baar Baar. He is also a sommelier that has managed one of the most renowned wine list for wine collector and restauranteur Chef Giuseppe Bruno of Caravaggio and Sistina restaurants. Wanting to move to the south with his family, he came to Charleston this year and joined The Toscano's to serve as general manager at Le Farfalle.
